How? Four Steps In Four Weeks
Step 1 - Selection & Current-State Analysis
We start by partnering with you to select three "quick win" workflows from your backlog that are ripe for redesign: two Simple and one Intermediate. We then conduct targeted sessions to document the current-state process and define the key success criteria for each prototype.
Step 2 - Future-State Workflow Design
With the goals defined, we facilitate a collaborative session to design the new, automated workflow, mapping out how AI and automation will transform the process from end to end.
Step 3 - Rapid Prototyping
This is where we build. Our team gets to work developing functional prototypes for the three selected workflows:
Two (2) Simple Prototypes: These are quick wins built in days, often using advanced prompt engineering and context with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot to solve a specific business problem.
One (1) Intermediate Prototype: This is a more complex workflow built on a platform like n8n, requiring multiple automated steps and logic. The deliverable is a fully defined automation which may include custom code.
Step 4 - Handoff & Enablement
We deliver more than a prototype; we deliver a validated solution. In our final handoff session, we demonstrate the prototypes in action, validating them against the success criteria defined at the start. You receive a complete package including a "Runbook," ensuring your team is fully equipped to take the prototypes, continue to iterate, and scale them toward a production-worthy state.
